Our building permit records indicate that North Shore Home Services, LLC has worked on at least 1 project over the past year. We generally recommend hiring a contractor with a score higher than 95. Three months, some heavy rainfall, and a few wind storms later and the extension is still--literally hanging by a thread. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this company, since I haven't had a positive experience since the initial booking.

One of the problems I faced with the hotel was the location in terms of being far from the city center. The lower gutter was not cleaned properly and started overflowing during the next rainfall. I have no business on the roof, but I ended up clearing the debris myself.

Again I had to cancel the painters and the window cleaners with less than 24 hours notice - with a total cost of $275.00 for the two sets of no notice cancellation fees. I will never use or recommend this lousy company to anyone. I am usually very reasonable when I hire a service. I am not the type of customer that will complain for a tiny insignificant thing just to take any advantage. I paid almost $600 for exterior WINDOW cleaning and gutters. And NONE of those 2 services were done properly.
And found the hotel to be clean With great beds and good shower. Breakfast was not included, So we paid for it additionally. We would recommend this hotel, just one improvement if only they could provide transportation from the airport. There are some shortcomings such as the closet and the rooms must be cleaned on a daily basis. And the absence of a spa and a swimming pool. As for the TV, there are only German channels.
This was imperative as I had window cleaners and painters booked on a very tight schedule. By the Thursday - no one had returned to do the work. I phoned NSHS office 3 different times - left messages and no one called me back. On the 4th call I was finally told there were no trucks available and the work would be completed on the Monday. I had to cancel both the painters and the window cleaners with less than 24 hours notice. Monday morning I received an email - not even a phone call - from Cory - to say the tech had to cancel.
